From ambition to actionable plan

If you want to move from ambitions and ideas to plans that work, you need to bring your organization or your stakeholders along. Where do you start?

Industrial transition is a challenge of reordering physical and organizational systems. In the Drawing Room, we provide the structure to navigate this process. We help you shape and align your plans and goals with the complexity of your everyday environment – dealing with shifting regulations, global geopolitics, and pushing technical feasibility to make a business case. We help uncover what is holding you back and move from ideas to real options to strategic decisions. Doing that together with those people that matter – your stakeholders – allows you to move from transition fatigue to a path to implementation.

1. The sketch

A strategic starting point in a single day.

We bring you and your team or selection of stakeholders together in one room and spend a day to make a sketch. We explore and map the building blocks of your transition challenge and order the ingredients in steps toward your goals. Everyone contributes; everyone learns and everyone leaves with the same mental picture. You end up with a clear shared view of your strategic directions. Follow-up deep-dives can build from there.

2. Drawing Room sessions

Co-creating shared insights over six months or more

Designed for a focused group of three to six parties, meeting regularly over six months or more, working toward a shared result. We define the scope as a collective and bring the analytical engine along that suits your challenge — converting multi-stakeholder knowledge into one unified, cohesive logic. At a pre-agreed milestone, we ship a concrete deliverable: a white paper, position paper, or strategic assessment published under the Industry’s Drawing Room banner.

3. The blueprint

A full-scale program for multi-domain challenges

A 12 to 24-month trajectory involving parallel workstreams and deep technical iteration. We manage the program and enforce the correct sequence: scope and ambition first, then strategic fit, technical options and approach, then design, then cost. Each stage grounds the next. The result is a definitive reference that an entire sector or region can build upon.
